在9月初将会有一个xx会，这是个很好的机会能让大家更多了解我们AA公司的文化，尤其是在上海办公的同事，在此我很高兴能借此机会能和我们这个小家庭似的部门再聚一堂，所以现在我邀请各位同事来参加我们的xx会，。。。。

There will be a meeting in early September. This is a good opportunity for every one to better understand AA corporate's culture, especially our colleagues from the Shanghai office. I would like to express my delight to use this opporunity to bring all departments together like a family. Now, I would like to extend invitataions to all our colleagues to join us at XX meeting.
