通常什么had，什么would都表示是过去的时态，为什么有些词不表示过去时呢？像had.
例句：If he had the money = If he had the money now . {but he does not have it.}
例句：If he had the money = If he had the money now . {but he does not have it.}
If he had the money = If he had the money now . {but he does not have it.这是假设句型。
假设句型用过去时态。
例如：
I wish I were that pretty. 我希望我有那么漂亮。（只是假设，我没有那么漂亮）
If he had the money last week, he would buy that car. 假如他上周有这笔钱，他会买这辆车。
这里是虚拟语气 与现在事实相反 用过去时 had是have的一般过去式
表示虚拟语气，如were,had等词，对将来的事进行推测，或者是现在不存在的事的假设
