How to download ringtone and music to my cell phone in canada

I reside in Canada, and would like to download ringtones and songs to my phone via Internet. First, I need a free web site or a web site which accepts overseas credit card payment. Second, ringtones and songs must be downloadable to my computer via Internet and then transferable to my cell phone via blue tooth.

I have browsed numerous sites in China and all of them require both a cell phone number in China and/or payment in china by a local bank.

Thanks. I tried 21510.com which links me to the same web site. It asks for a cell number in China and 2 rmb per song. I don't have a cell phone in china, and i can't pay unless by an overseas credit card, which the web site won't accept.

I tried 2 friends in China, but it seems nobody can provide a satisfactory answer.
