哪位好心人帮忙用英语编一段五分钟的洽谈对话，根据以下题目：一位日本进口商从湖北一家工厂进口1000箱茶叶，结果在东京港口到货时，发现30箱完全湿了，进口商进行投诉，程先生，作为湖北茶工厂的代表与之进行令人满意的洽谈。PS：是两人用英语进行洽谈，务必合乎外贸英语洽谈的专业流程和文法内容，请好心人帮忙解答，在线等！！谢谢了！！

你必须提出你要如何"洽谈"如补货?扣款? 中文解决方案都未提出 想英文干嘛
只是准备个演讲稿就可谈判?临时如何拆招?建议找个翻译 (还是你就是但根本不行 这样教你 你又看的懂?)
1.补货- we are so sorry for what happened but would like to replenshiment those 30 cartons, it's will be need another 7days , dont know if this acceptable?

2.扣款-we are so sorry for our poor inspection but we willing to take full responsibility, we wont collect those 30 cartons payment , hope you can accept this?
