Windows XP Language Pack

My computer crashed. And I had to reinstall OS. Then it doesn't recognize Chinese. My English versin WinXP is original not pirate. Please help.
32bit or 64bit? I am sorry but I don't understand what that means. I only know that it is authentic version of WinXP. And before this reinstallation, it worked fine.

control panel-region and language-tick the 'install files for east asian language'. restart and you'll be able to read chinese after that.
