任职要求
1. 能力要求：
? 知识：计算机及相关专业或理工类学科；
? 技能：
1、 熟悉J2EE架构开发；熟悉struts/spring/hibernate框架技术；
2、 熟练掌握Oracle、DB2中至少一种数据库产品；
3、 熟悉类UNIX平台的操作及相关开发；
? 个人特征：
有较强的表达和沟通能力,良好的合作精神和团队协作能力，能够应对高强度的工作压力和挑战。
2. 资格要求：
? 资格证书：英语四级以上；
? 经验：
1、两年以上项目和软件开发经验，热爱信息系统的研发工作；
2、有金融系统研发经验者优先；
