sorry i cant type chinese at my pc...but i got this problem, i need to find out how many numbers are increase, how many are decrease and how many didnt change....but i dont know how...please help me...

following is the example:
A B C
1 3 4 =B1/A1
2 6 5
3 5 5

COPY C1 and choose column C, then ctrl+V
if u need the quantity of the increased:
=countif(C:C,">1")
that's all
