help 后面不是都要加宾语吗,那为什么这句话没有?

help也有不及物动词的用法,比较少见

用法一：help sb. (to) do sth
I help my mom to study English.
用法二：help sb. with sth
I helped her with English.
用法三：后跟名词或作代词，作宾语
Can I help you?

不一定，比如if u want to improve your skill,this book may help.
