这句话改成这样有没有语法错误(原句是对的）

原句：As you can see,the number of cars on our roads keeps rising these days.
改：As you can see,the number of cars on our roads is keeping rising these days.

keep 表示保持一种状态时作为不及物动词，所以这里不应该用现在进行时

不能改，keeping没有保持的意思，改了就不对了

是错的。keep本身就不能与系动词is搭配。
