This Agreement may be terminated by the Licensee
where the Company has committed any material breach of this Agreement, which breach is not reasonably capable of being remedied by the Company within 15 days; or
at any time on sixty days' prior written notice,

当公司对本协议已构成实质性违约，并且该公司在15日之内对该等违约事由不能合理的予以纠正，或者可提前60日做出书面通知的，被许可人可以终止本协议。
本协议可以由被许可人终止，当公司实际违反了本协议，而公司没有合理的能力在15天内纠正该违反行为，或在给与60天预先书面通知的任何时候。
若公司违背协议内容，且在15天内没有做出合理补救措施，被许可人可以终止该协议；被许可人在提前60天做出书面通知的情况下，也可终止该协议。

在本公司承诺本协议的任何，而不能合理违反能够由该公司在15天内纠正违反材料;或
在任何'60天前书面通知，
