翻译一句合同条款

During the term of this Contract, Party B shall not offer any employment to or solicit, whether for its own account or on other's behalf, any of Party A's current employees, or collect or provide any third party with information about any of Party A's current employees. Otherwise, Party A shall have the right to immediately terminate this Contract, refuse to pay any amount and reserve the right to further claim against Party B.

During the term of the contract, Party B warrants it shall not whether for itself or any third-party recruit or provide any employment information to the current employees of Party A or collect or provide any third-party the profiles of the current employees of Party A. Otherwise, Party A shall be entitled to forthwith dissolve this contract, repudiate all the payments and reserve the right to further prosecute Party B.
