信用证 海运提单 notify party 急!

信用证上面是写:Bill of Lading shipped on board established to the order of al salam bank algeria notify EURL RCH marked freight payable at destination.

现在我们海运提单上 consignee: 写的是 to the order of al salam bank
Notify Party: 这里写EURL RCH 我们客户名么?

急 请问是这样写正确么

这样写没问题啊，al salam bank应该就是开证行吧！提单到开证行，由开证行背书给申请人，这样多安全，不会有钱货两空的情况发生。如果提单做空白抬头或申请人抬头，一份还直接寄给申请人，收汇才有风险呢！

正确。B/L是物权凭证，首先交到开证行手中，客户想要B/L就得支付规定的费用向开证行买单。不然开证行是不会放单的。L/C基本上都是这么做的。
