Propose to do 和propose doing的区别？

propose to do 打算做、计划做某事 (相当于 plan to do sth)
propose doing 建议做、提议做某事 （相当于 suggest doing sth）
例如：
1 I propose delaying our decision until the next meeting.=I propose that we delay our decision until the next meeting.
本人提议推迟到下次会议再做出决定。
2 I propose resting for half an hour. 我建议休息半个小时。
3 Many students propose to go to the park on Sunday.许多学生打算周日去公园。
4 I propose to go to London this summer. 我打算夏天到伦敦去。

propose doing sth.提议/建议 做某事
propose to do sth.计划/打算 做某事
