someday 可以放句首吗？我想表达的是 我相信有一天你能展翅高飞。

someday---some unspecified time in the future.（adv. 有一天）
句子I believe you can fly high someday.中you can fly high someday是宾语从句。someday所修饰的动词是fly，而不是主句的believe.所以只能在从句之首，不能放在句首。
展翅高飞，还有一种表达---soar to great heights.
第二句多了spread your wings （展翅）不对，因为fly high 的寓意就是 to be successful.

这个情况下不要放句首，要放也是放i believe 后面
只要第一句就能表达你的意思，第二句spread your wings有点多余

可以的

时间状语 放句首 句尾 插入句中 都可以

Some day, I believe we can meet again
I believe, some day, we can meet again
