You got it right, you can use the term of "which is capable of"
cuz "be capable of "is some kind of fixed match, you cant use "which capable of "here,"which" is the subject.

你的想法是对的，capable of 要加be 。。。。另外， 不能用using，换做be used.....

应该是你的另一个想法那个才是对的
be capable of 有能力... 这是固定的搭配 不能没有了be动词
