撰写英文文献时候的分号问题

我在写一篇科技文献，摘要需要列举一系列参数，但是我看很少有文献用了xx is xx;xx is xx....这种形式的，能请高手指教如何将这种情况避免，大概是四五个参数。注：逗号不行，因为我必须要有谓语。respectively 也不能完全解决问题。请大侠们给个模板做参考（英语为母语的人的文献最佳）

用逗号的情形：
Where A is solder, B is cast cobaIt-chromium, and C is gold wire. ...

用分号的情形：
