要求：
科学学位，与药剂学专业，生物/生命科学或护士从认可的高等教育院校
最低一年在制药临床监测经验/临床试验产业。
为高级研究助理的位置，最低3年临床监测经验，最好是一些领导在该地区临床工作经验
熟练掌握药物发展过程中，临床试验的监督程序，医疗术语和GCP / ICH指南
出色的组织和处理问题的能力
强大的书面和口头沟通技巧
旅行的能力在必要时
