卖方派到现场服务的技术人员应是有实践经验、可胜任此项工作的人员。买方有权提出更换不符合要求的卖方现场服务人员，卖方应根据现场需要，重新选派买方认可的服务人员。
The technical personnel should be sent to the work field by bargainor, And he(she) must be experienced, have a greater capacity for this work.The buyer should have right to exchange unqualified technical personnel ,who are from the bargainor.According to the buyer's demands,the bargainor should sent technical personnel again,who the buyer must accept.
