语法上没什么大问题 但不太顺畅 我帮你稍改一下

I have been working as a translator in finacial department of a multi-national company for more than one year.
And I am in charge of some meeting interpretations , files translations and the administration of Japanese staff.

最主要的问题是时态 have worked 表示以前是 现在不是 后一句就不应该用一般现在时 而是过去时

另外关于不定冠词的用法有些混乱，你对照下

还有就是要注意把逗号变成句号 一句话主谓宾齐全 就是一个句号

have worked 改为 have been working 表示这段时间还在继续 因为你后面有for....year这个时间段修饰

假如你的财政部只有你一个 可以用the 假如你只是其中一员 就用a

前面有interpretation 了 后面的 translation可以省略 因为你就是一个译员 既要现场的会议翻译又要文笔类的笔译 所以直接用 interpretation就可以了

最后的about 改为of
