英文不好 翻译求助

我工作经验虽然不多 但我是一个努力的人

我希望能够得到这份工作 我相信自己会是一个优秀的员工
翻译得尽量简单 口语化一点

说实话,我觉得这样的面试语不会得到赏识....(仅仅是个人意见，如果看到了不爽可以直接忽视掉)

Eventhrough i'm lack of work experience,i'm a diligent people,
i hope i could get this job and i believe that i can be a good staff.

I am a hard worker ，even though i have little experience，i hope i could get the job , i believe i will be an excellent empolyee
