We hereby give you notice that pursuant to a deed of charge and assignment dated 28th July 09 entered into by us in favour of Standard Chartered Bank (the "Offshore Security Trustee") we have assigned to the Offshore Security Trustee as trustee for the Secured Parties referred to therein (the "Secured Parties") all of our light, title and interest in and to the Turnkey Agreement made between A Company and B Company (the "Agreement") and all present and future rights and benefits thereof and all moneys and proceeds paid or payable thereunder.
With effect from your receipt of this notice we instruct you to:
send to the Offshore Security Trustee copies of all notices which you may from time to time issue under or in connection with the Agreement.
We hereby authorise you to disclose to the Offshore Security Trustee, without further approval from us, such information in connection with the Agreement
