我学过英文商务函电写作 老师说如果要委婉的语气 就要使用被动语态。 因此后半句省略了主语“我们”。但是商务函电切忌太过迂回，也不要用特别模糊的口气，要很明白地提出自己的要求，但口气可以委婉一点。故“请理解我们”这句话可以省略。
