Tom was a fat man before.He offen feel sad about his figure.So he participated in a fit culb to improve his figure.Though it took him
a lot money ,he thought it worth that.
However his home is far from the culb.Every time he rides to there ，he is too tirde to do any exercise.So he always gives up the tests which the teacher asked.He only do some at time.To his superise ,he lost some weight after a cup of days.He didn't know why.So he told it to his wife.His wife said that it was his long time riding that made hime thin.She thought out a good idea to help his husband.It not only safes money but also can help her husband lose weight.Now that he didn't have chance to do exercise in the culb,why not only ride .So Tom goes riding everday instead of taking in the culb.
As time goes on ,he finds that he feel like riding .What's more ,he becomes much thiner than before.
