UC知道IPsec and VPN code

我们要和国外母公司建立网络连接，老外向我提了一些问题：are in china IP-sec tunnels possible? if not; what kind of VPN-code is possible (provider should now that)?
我试试：在中国，IP保护策略是否可行？如果不行，VPN码可以吗？（提供现在可解决的方案）。
我个人认为，用VPN可能容易实现，因为用VPN后，你和国外的母公司处在同一虚拟局域网内。
