Based on China's construction laws, regulations and procedures and by understanding related foreign bidding regulations and international conventions, this article provides references for Chinese-foreign joint project bidding agent business. It starts with four critical links including the bid planning, pre-qualification, bidding documents and evaluation methods in Chinese-foreign joint project agent bidding process. It combines real project examples, analyzes and researches chinese-foreign joint project bidding models which are suitable for China's condition.
