聋哑人网店项目希望帮助聋哑人找到一个新的就业方向。现在很多青年聋哑人虽然不能和常人进行口头言语交流，但随着科技发展，他们可以通过网络、短信等文字输入的渠道同常人无障碍交流。中国药科大学SIFE团队通过一系列的培训，包括电脑技能、网店经营方法、市场经济理念等，帮助聋哑人进行自主创业，掌握自己的人生。
整个项目中，前期我们将联合成功经营网店的店主以及专业人士对聋哑人进行基础培训。期间聋哑人可以与网店店主合法合作，获得一定经验。之后，我们将帮助具有一定技能的聋哑人需找货源，帮助其经营自己的网店。后期，更多的聋哑人参与可以形成一个聋哑人联盟。
