答案是选B,为什么？不应该是has been spent吗
如果把large amounts of 改成lots of 呢？还是用have been spent吗？

B attention做留意讲的时候是不可数名词,所以A答案不对. large amounts of money,应该看到amounts,为什么这里要用到amounts而没有用amount呢，是表示,这个项目已经好几次投入资金了,表示很多次资金的投入....所以既然是复数...我们就必须排除CD答案.
那就不一样了，换成lots of的话,我们就应该选择D了。
