摘要：目的：对金樱根进行根、茎抗炎作用的对比研究,旨在研究金樱子根与茎的药理作用对比，确保用药安全有效和中药金樱子研究工作的科学性，尽早制定其质量标准，规范市场。
方法：急性致炎实验、慢性致炎实验。结果：金樱茎对小鼠的急性和慢性致炎有抗炎作用，而金樱根没有抗炎作用；金樱子茎中醇提取物的抗炎作用比水提取物的抗炎作用强。结果：本品茎的不同溶剂的提取物在急性致炎实验中对小鼠的足趾肿胀均有明显的抑制作用，肿胀体积与空白对照组有显著性差异；在慢性致炎实验中茎的不同溶剂提取物对肉芽肿的生长有明显抑制作用，肉芽肿重量与对照组相比明显减轻；而根的不同溶剂的提取物在小鼠的急性致炎作用实验中对小鼠的足趾无明显的抑制作用，与对照组无显著性差异；在慢性致炎实验中根的不同溶剂提取物对琼脂所致的肉芽肿无明显的抑制作用，与对照组无显著性差异。
