这句话是什么意思，其次我想知道“to which this Action is attached”怎么去分析。
不懂,还有前面的with也不明白.请把这句话翻译一遍.

就是当第一次生成一个 Action 动作实例的时候，依附于这个动作，控制器就会调用非空参数 setServlet ()这个方法去初始化这个servlet实例
注：（实例就是对象的意思，其本质的意思就是用一个动作调用Servlert类的setServlet方法来设置已生成的servlet对象的元素）
