此外，我更注重己自能力的培养。乐观、执著、拼搏是我的航标，在险滩处扯起希望的风帆，在激流中凸现勇敢的性格，是我人生的信条。由我创意并组织的多次大型活动得到了老师的认可，同学的赞许，使我以更饱满的热情投入到新的挑战之中，向着更高的目标冲击。富有团队精神，乐于处理各种人际关系，具有领导潜质，能承受工作压力，吃苦耐劳，善于自我激励，富有活力。
为了更全面的锻炼己自的能力，我利用假期在企事业单位进行了社会实践，这些经验为我走入社会，参与商业经营运作奠定了良好的基础，而且从中学到了如何与人为善、袒露真诚。
