could have+done,和must have done都有对过去的判断推测的意思嘛？如果有，两者有什么区别?

语气程度不一样，我英语放下很久了，记不清了，抱歉
都有，语气不同。
我不知道说的对不对，
第一题用could ,因为表示科学家的推测，科学上的事情嘛，很少用Must的 - -
第二题用Must,因为前面已经用Guess了，这里可以用Must 来表明自己的观点，用could 有些重复。
must have done是对过去的肯定猜测。。 句中说他昨天缺席会议，所以他肯定他生病故用must have done
D第一题不知道作何解释。 因为去年我刚参加完高考。。
