巴塞尔协议对银行资本的构成的规定

银行的资本分为核心资本和附属资本两大类，且附属资本规模不得超过核心资本的100%。
这是《巴塞尔资本协议》的四大内容之一。

There are 3 types of capital available to cover bank risks,tier1(core capital),tier2(supplementary) and tier3(short-term subordinated debt).

tier 2 is limited to 100% of tier 1

basel2 recommends that tier2+tier3 together no greater than tier1
