B 是不对的 原义：你是否介意我把电视音量调低点呢
我来解释一下：would you mind 意思是你是否介意 后面又用if引导 有重复之嫌
不如这样说would you mind that i turn the TV set down a bit.

不过实际上，在国外这么说的话，也可以的。
有些英文题过于钻牛角尖了。

固定结构： mind 后面加动名词,即MIND (SOMEBODY) DOING SOMETHING
