比赛要求：
1）话题从备选的8个主题中自选
2）每人先进行一段20秒以内的自我介绍，演讲时间不超过3分钟
奖励办法：各年级设一、二、三等奖

We have a notice here that there is an English speech contest on the
conference hall on the afternoon of november 22th.
Requiments:
1)the topic is chosen from the alternative eight themes by yourself
2)everyone is required to introduce himself within 20 seconds at first and the time of speech must be limited in the range of 3 minutes
awards:every grade sets first ,second and third prize
