【摘要】 目的 探讨前列腺增生合并糖尿病的围手术期处理方法及注意事项。 方法 对47例合并糖尿病的前列腺增生症患者的围手术期处理进行总结分析。结果 47例患者年龄51～85岁，平均71岁，前列腺增大Ⅱ～Ⅲ度,所有病例都为2型糖尿病患者，空腹血糖浓度在7.5～16.3mmol/L，分别伴有不同类型的并发症和合并症。通过围手术期的严密监测、控制血糖、纠正代谢紊乱、改善器官功能等措施，所有病例均顺利手术后康复出院。结论 积极有效的围手术期处理对患者顺利渡过手术和术后康复有重要意义，是保证手术安全的可靠手段。
