考托福和考Gmat月中考还是月头考好？

我想一月份考托福和gmat，时间很紧，要赶着申请，什么时候出1月考试安排啊？谢谢各位了 。。

Hi, im an english tutor and from what I have experienced.. You are better off doing the exam during the Beginning of the month. Thats usually the time when fresh examiners arrive to take over previous examiners.
