Crytek这次甚至披露了两代纳米装甲的设计公司Crynet Systems。从其官方网站上找到的资料看，新一代纳米装甲的大脑是一颗纳米科技生物芯片，由寄生血糖注射器和电解微堆栈提供动力，每秒可执行15亿个指令，外部则使用了强大的钽-态合金骨骼，以及抗辐射陶瓷表层和动态法拉第网格，拥有一流的电磁屏蔽能力，而逆向电流热交换器可以在极端环境中保证适当的内部温度、湿度。
Crynet表示，新装甲第一次不仅保护其中的战士，更会对他们进行全面提升，比如帮助抵抗恐惧和疲劳、时刻保持高昂战斗力，同时有上千个直接与大脑相连的来源实时进行战术策略指导。Crynet称，他们创造的不是一个简单的战士，也不是一个纯粹的战斗机器，而是综合强化二者的优势、弥补双方的劣势。
