是因为你的某个磁盘里还有一些程序在占用I/O口
尽量把东西都在一个盘里。然后在用98盘格式化掉别的盘
你的磁盘有损坏．用磁盘修复工具修复一下．
磁盘I/O错误
有可能硬盘坏了，也有可能C盘不系统盘，也就是没有command.com 文件和io.sys msdos.sys
