本文主要分为三个部分，第一个部分简要介绍了电子商务的特点和在国际贸中的功能，了解电子商务的基本功能是利用电子的商务开展国际贸易前提。第二个部分讲述了电子商务对国际贸易的影响，包刮电子商务给国际贸易的发展带来的机遇和挑战,和电子商务促进国际贸易的创新。及时了解电子商务给国际贸易带来的影响，有利于企业了解当前国际形势抓住商机发展国际贸易。 第三个部分也是全文的重点，讲的是电子商务下发展国际贸易的对策。包括应对电子商务发展中出现的问题，和利用电子商务拓展国际市场，以及积极推动电子商务的发展和利用电子商务促进国际贸易的发展。通过对上文中诸多问题的分析，得出我国国际电子商务在国际贸易中的对策建议。
