摘要：在当今竞争日益激烈的知识经济时代，科技成为国家和企业竞争力的重要因素。知识型员工作为掌握科学技术知识的人才，成为企业生存和发展的主力军。对知识型员工的有效激励，防止人才的流失是当今企业管理的一大问题。本文在阐述知识型员工特征的基础上，分析了企业知识型员工的主要激励因素，提出了知识型员工激励机制的构建思路。
Abstract: In today’s knowledge-based economy era that is increasingly competitive, science and technology have become the important factor for a country or an enterprise to strengthen its competitiveness.
