本文通过对吊码的结构形式、应力情况、装配补强工艺等多方面进行了较为深入的研究,经过对国内外各大船厂正在使用的吊码进行了收集、整理、分析、比较,发现有三种吊码最具有代表性且性能较好。综合考虑PSPC的要求和造船工艺要求,设计了D型及T型系列吊码,制定了具有PSPC要求的吊码装配、补强、拆卸工艺基准;利用有限元软件证明了两型吊码均符合使用要求,吊码装配方案可行;通过对中日韩三国吊码在结构形式、工艺性能、力学性能以及自重等方面的研究,得出三种吊码各自的优缺点,为下一步吊码的优化设计提供参考并设计出一种新型吊码,通过计算其在角度力作用下的吊码应力,结果表明吊码的肘板高度对于抵抗角度载荷具有非常重要的作用,肘板高度是吊码承受角度载荷时的敏感因素,为下一步设计出更加科学优良的吊码提供了重要信息;对25T、30T、50T三种吨位的吊码在不同角度载荷下的应力计算结果进行分析,建议在实际起吊过程中,吊索与吊码间夹角不超过20度角。采用模拟退火算法求解最短线段长度之和问题,能够有效地解决了有关实际问题,可以为生产节约成本,提高生产效率。
