为什么raise用原形，解释一下啦。其他情况呢?

说的是客观存在的事实，并不是只有某一时段有，所以用原型。
像 The teacher said that the earth run around the sun.其中run也用原型。 总之客观存在，不以人的意志为转移的 真理 事实 都用原型，而不管时态和语态。
