我就要出国留学了,我想问一下在国外期间需要起英文名字么?

It depends. If your name is Chen, Ah Hui. In Western world, first name comes first, so your name will become Ah Hui Chen, or Ah Chen, too embarrassing. If you name is Chen Dan, which will become Dan Chen, quite a nice name.

Your name Jellee sounds English, and is quite useable, so don't find another one.

你学生证上是什么名字就叫什么名字吧，再起的话人家会糊涂的。
反正我们就是预定taxi的时候才会用到，不正式的时候偶尔也用英文名。正式场合，上课全部是中文名。

看看明星或者其他一些名人都是些什么名字，找个差不多的，自己喜欢就行。正式不正式我觉的是没人在意的。
而且Jellee就挺好的啊虽然我不知道该怎么正确的发音。但是看的比较舒服～
