我想问一下，大学毕业后，出国留学去哪里比较好，我还没有决定以后定居哪里，我学的是生物技术，现在正在读大二，想在上大学期间考雅思或托福．希望大家帮忙，谢谢了

if you have enough money, everywhere will be ok, Britain, France, Australia, US...and Britain will be easier.

If you dont have money and you need some financial assistant, the US is the only way.

Maybe Hongkong...

Also, ielts and toefl are both ok, most of US universities accept ielts score nowadays.

And GRE will be a must.
