英文通常没有这么说法，说什么我会替你多吃点的，在外国来说是很没有礼貌的。除非大家是很熟悉，开玩笑。

I will help you eat more
help后面可以不加to的
而且你的语境没有说清楚哦
是我完全代替你吃多点
还是我帮你吃多点的意思呢

I will help you with your meal.

I will have more instead of you.

I'll eat more on behalf of you.
