如题，主要是funding for一句，书上讲是并列结构。我是相当的不明白 特来请教
该段话前面是FACILITIES BRING UP......

楼上分析有误。

funding for……一句的主语是funding，定语是for the treatment，funding for the treatment remains seriously inadequate（治疗经费严重不足），而high-tech, personnel-intensive和long-term又都是treatment的定语。整个funding for一句同前面一句形成并列关系。

但是，整个句子在语法上是有一点问题的：要么将funding前的逗号改为分号，要么在funding前加一个连接词and，否则不合语法。
