兹为甲方向乙方购买下列货品双方议定各项条件如下:
一、 交货期间地点方式:
1、 交货期限:2006年09月01日
2、 交货地点:越南
3、 交货方式:空运
二、 验收
1、 验收地点:越南
2、 乙方保证所交产品为完好新品
3、 倘所交货品一部份或全部不合完好新品之约定，乙方应负责退换或赔偿退换所发生之费用。

B. Inspection

2. The Seller guarantees delivery of lately finished and qualified products.
3. The Seller shall bear the cost of replacement or compensation in case the delivered products are found not lately finished or not qualified as agreed.
