1. Order Acceptance.
(a) All purchase orders (“Orders”) issued by AA’s to Supplier from time to time shall be subject to and shall be automatically deemed to include the terms and accepted set forth herein. All Orders shall be subject to confirmation by a properly authorized purchasing agent of AA’s.
2All Orders are limited to the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Order itself. Any additional or different terms proposed by Supplier in any quotation, acknowledgement, sales order, invoice or any other document are hereby deemed to be material alterations, and notice of objection to them is hereby given. Any such proposed terms shall be void and the terms herein and in AA’s written Orders shall constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the terms and conditions of the contract between the parties.
If an Order has been issued by AA’s in response to an offer and if any of the terms herein are additional to or different from any terms of such offer,
