My role was to select candidates from outside the company to join Dragonair, I achieved this trough one to one interviewing, then written test correction and finally as a panel with other managers.
I learnt the basis of interviewing and administration and it was an initial insight into management point of view. I discovered that I believe I was very mature towards my responsibility and managed to exceed the expectations of my direct superiors, they in turn recommended me for promotion and advancement within the training team.
I strongly believe that this first step in a “managerial” role made me realize my true potential. In this role I was in charge of economy class and I started direct selling duty free items, I was awarded top company seller six different times.
Deliver and ensure proper service in business and first classes. Safety was also a priority.
I positively got involved with internal company promotions, as company spoke person at company balls,
