请问：我该去美国哪所大学读cs博士？

我是国内计算机小硕，成绩一般，英语一般，家庭不好，希望去美国读计算机博士。

希望找一个大学（cs博士）：
纽约市（找工作方便）
中档大学：一流的美国大学没有希望
奖学金（最好是全奖）。

请问我申请哪所大学比较好？？谢谢！

楼上的翻错了吧，不是学生平均，而是对于一般成绩的学生来说，没有一所大学可以提供全额奖学金的。
